Introduction: Man desires to go back to the past. He always tries to receive the past in a golden shape. Nothing is more interesting to him than memories of his childhood. Man enjoys happiness memorizing the activities of childhood. Many events are forgotten but some events are stored in the subconscious mind. They sometimes peep through minds eye.
Stealing fruits and flowers: In my childhood, I was fond of stealing mangoes, liches , black berries and other fruits with my school friends. Sometimes we would forget to eat launch. We, however, have to bear the punishment of our parents for these activities.
My playground: In the evening I used to go to my playground besides river with my friends and passed there till sunset. Sometimes we would jump into river and swam in it. One day, in the time of playing, the sky was clouded and a strong wind began. All of my companions ran away but I did not. I enjoyed the storm and heavy rain in the field with joy. I shall never forget this scene in my life.
My first day at school: My first day at school is also an important memories of my life. When I entered the campus with my father, the children were enjoying themselves here and there.
I felt fear to see the teachers of the school. I was taken to the headmaster. My heart began to beat fast. But the smiling face and words make me easy. I was admitted into class I.
The village hat: Another interesting memory is the village hat. The hat used to sit twice a week. I usually went with other children.
During holiday: During holidays when my mother went to sleep at noon, we went to the railway line. I would collect the pebbles and watched how the train passed
Education: When I was a little boy I wrote one page daily. My mother teaches me how to write alphabets, words etc.. My father would take me at school. I was always good in class.
Conclusion: As a college student, at present, I face a lot of complexities of life which was not in my childhood. Now I feel much more responsibility than my childhood. Actually, childhood is free from worries. Childhood memories are always a matter of joy and delight.
