Sir,
Most respectfully we beg to state that our college is one of the most reputed colleges in our country. The performance of the students both in curricular and co-curricular activities is good. Every year a good number of students from this college get admission in the medical college, BUET, and other universities.
But this is a matter of great sorrow that there is no student common room in our college. In the leisure period, the students spend their time gossiping or wandering aimlessly. But if there were a common room in the college the students could read their textbook, newspaper or magazine or could play indoor games. Thus they could have easily spent their leisure time properly.
In the above situations, we pray and hope that you would kindly make necessary steps for opening a common room in our college and oblige us thereby.
