Email communication is so important because sending an email is much less expensive than sending postal mail. There is no need of physically being there in receiving email. It will automatically store in the inbox of the receiver. Privacy is ensured in the email system because all email accounts are password protected. Also Email communication is much faster than most of the alternatives. I have an email account. I use it to exchange information with my friends and relatives. I also send my homework to my teacher through email service. I use it because it is less expensive than a physical meeting or phone call. A student can be benefited in many ways using email.
