Early rising paragraph


Early rising refers to the habit of getting up early in the morning. It is an important habit that helps us to live with a sound mind in a sound body. All religion supports this habit because it is helpful for Morning Prayer. If we wake up early in the morning, we can enjoy the beauty of the rising sun, morning fresh breeze, birds singing and winter dew drops on grasses. Also, we can start the day well if we get up early in the morning. Students get enough time to study.  On the other hand, if we do not get up early, we will surely miss the schedule of work or will be late in the office or cannot finish the work timely. There is an English proverb, “Early to bed, and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”. This proverb tells us the significance of early rising. To ensure early rising we need to go to bed early. We need enough sleep to enjoy sound health. If we get up early without enough sleep, we will suffer from dizziness the whole day. So, to get the benefit of early rising we need to go to bed early.

The habit of waking up early in the morning is known as early rising. It is very useful for staying healthy physically and mentally. Also, this habit helps to awaken the spiritual consciousness and makes a man happier. It relieves stress. There are many benefits to waking up in the morning. But this habit is a bit difficult to develop. If a man goes to bed late, it is not possible to get up in the morning because he does not get enough sleep. So, it is necessary to go to bed early at night which will create the habit of early rising. According to Benjamin Franklin, “Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise”.  If we can’t rise early in the morning, we won’t get much time to work. A study found that early rising helps a student do better results. There are different tips to rise early. An alarm on the phone helps to wake up in the morning. Plan to do something urgent in the morning helps to rise early. In this way, if we can get up in the morning regularly for a few days, early rising will automatically become a habit that will make our life happier.

The action of getting up early in the morning is called early rising. It is a good habit of human life. This habit helps people to lead an energetic, smart, and happy life.  An early riser can able to pass a routine life. He gets up early in the morning and goes to bed early at night. He gets enough time of the day to work. So, early rising is the first step to succeed. If we find the life of the great man, we will see each of them was an early riser. Getting up from bed early in the morning helps us to enjoy the beauty of the rising sun, fresh air, birds singing, winter dew drops, etc. The positive energy from nature drives us to go ahead if we get up early in the morning and say Morning Prayer every day. Morning walks and exercises keep our body and mind healthy. If we do not get up early in the morning, we won’t get enough time to complete the work. We will miss the schedule of work. We will keep the work pending for tomorrow which will become a mountain day by day. The students won’t be able to concentrate on their studies. They cannot follow their daily routine properly. As a result, they fail the exam. Overall, a man will go back in the struggle of life if he doesn’t get up early in the morning. On the other hand, an early riser lives a longer, happier, and more successful life.
