Water pollution paragraph

The act of mixing harmful substances in water and making it unusable is known as water pollution. It makes the water unusable for drinking, cooking, bathing, and other activities. We cannot survive on the earth without water. But this water is polluted in many ways. The main causes of water pollution are industrial waste, chemical fertilizers, and insecticides, oil leakages, burning of fossil fuels, household waste, soil erosion, sediment from the soil, microorganisms, etc. Polluted water causes different diseases like diarrhea, dysentery, cholera jaundice, etc. in our body. These diseases may even lead us to death. So, we need to be careful about water pollution. We can prevent it in many ways. We should dispose of toxic substances, waste materials, and poisonous chemicals properly. Farmers should use chemical fertilizers and pesticides in legislative ways so that they do not occur water pollution. Overall, we need to create public awareness to prevent water pollution.

         Water pollution is a common type of environmental pollution. It occurs in oceans, rivers, lakes, ponds, and water reservoirs. The cause of water pollution includes erosion, improper waste disposal, oil spills, chemical waste dumping, chemical fertilizer, organic materials, etc. Throwing away toxic substances on the ground eventually reaches the body of water. Consequently, water is polluted. Water can also be polluted by industrial waste, fertilizers, pesticides in the field, pathogenic microorganisms, radioactive substances, etc. Pure water is safe for us but polluted water is harmful. It causes different diseases like diarrhea, dysentery, cholera jaundice, etc. in our body.  All of these diseases can even cause us to die. Water pollution can be prevented in many ways. Firstly, we should grow awareness among the people to prevent water pollution. We need to be careful about disposing of wastes, using fertilizers and insecticides in the fields, throwing poisonous chemicals in water, etc. We must be aware of the dangers of polluted water. Water can be purified by boiling and the distillation process. In fine, public awareness can reduce the pollution of water in the world.

Contamination of surface water and drinking water is known as water pollution. It is an important element of nature. Every living being cannot survive on the earth without water. It is an important element after the air. Water can be polluted in many ways. Men pollute water by throwing waste material into it. Farmers pollute water by throwing fertilizers and insecticides in the field. Rain and floods wash away these chemicals to rivers, canals, and ponds. Thus water is polluted. Stemmers and launches throw oils, food waste, and human waste into the rivers. Mills and factories throw their waste products, and poisonous chemicals into rivers and canals and pollute water.  While people use the polluted water for drinking, washing, and bathing they become ill. They can be affected by death-threatening diseases like diarrhea, cholera, jaundice, etc. So, water pollution should be prevented. We should not throw waste and filth into the rivers and canals. We can keep them under the soil.  Unsanitary latrines should not be built on the bank of rivers and canals. In conclusion, we need to grow public awareness against all types of water pollution and ensure safe drinking water for all to lead a healthy life.
