But if there were a common room with the facilities of reading textbook, newspaper or magazine or playing indoor games. The students could have easily spent their leisure time properly. So, increasing common room facilities is an urgent need of the students.
In the above circumstances, we pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take the necessary steps for increasing common room facilities in our college and oblige us thereby.

We the students of your college, beg to draw your kind attention to the following fact that our common room is not well furnished. It does not provide a common scope of enjoyment for the students. Only there are some tables and benches to sit on. There is no indoor sports materials such as caroms, chess, table tennis, etc. Also, there is no arrangement of keeping dailies, magazines, periodicals, etc. We are deprived of all these things. So in the leisure periods, the students spend their time wandering aimlessly.
Under the above circumstances, we pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to realize the problem we face and take urgent steps for increasing common room facilities and oblige us thereby.
